Partner Dashboard

Our partner dashboard is the central location through which to manage your online hosting business. Receive news, check the status of hosting servers, quickly review customer usage, and view online users all from a convenient location. To the left of the page are quick links for adding users, checking account usage, and jumping to end user administration pages.

Branding

From this section you can control different aspects of your control panel appearance, as well as modify important settings such as hyperlinks to your billing and support pages, establishing a custom url domain, and modifying your login and splash logos.

User Management

Managing users is a snap, simply select your end-users from the customer lists, and pick from options including creation, deletion, and suspension of accounts.

When managing a single end-user, partners can go to this section to change passwords, review account statuses, view site stats, manage bandwidth limits, and incorporate add-on modules.

System Configuration

This section of the partner control panels allows users to set up their e-mail forwarding options, report settings, and API preferences. From the SMTP Server tab partners can choose from available e-mail options when sending reports to end-users.

From the Report settings tab, customers can manage their report options including daily job reports, and backup reminders.

From the API tab all partners can initialize their API status to take advantage of our integration options. Once initiated, partners can then see their API key to use for authentications.

Marketing Material

The marketing section gives partners access to all of our white-label marketing guides, brochures, images, and related documents. All files are formatted in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Illustrator file types.

All content is unflattened originals for you to modify and brand to your company. If you do not have Adobe Illustrator we recommend the open source Inkscape software to modify Illustrator (.ai) files.

Logs

From the log section partners can see lists of all commands performed on their account. Actions such as user deletions, failed or successful logins, and other important information can easily be reviewed from this area.
