Pricing questions
How is storage billed?
$6.95 per TB per month in whole-TB increments up to 49TB — 1TB is $6.95/month, 10TB is $69.50/month. From 50TB, storage comes in set monthly packages: 50TB is $297.50, 75TB is $446.25, 100TB is $495. There is no per-GB usage billing — you choose a quota and pay a flat amount for it.
How do the volume packages work?
From 50TB, storage comes in three set packages — 50TB, 75TB, and 100TB — each one flat monthly price at a better per-TB rate: $5.95/TB at 50TB and 75TB, $4.95/TB at 100TB. Packages are provisioned through sales, and above 100TB we quote custom — contact us with your target size.
Is bandwidth really unmetered?
Uploads are unmetered — push your entire dataset on day one and your nightly changes forever without watching a meter. That is what backup storage should be.
Can I grow or shrink my storage later?
Yes. Add TBs in 1TB steps up to 49TB whenever you need them; from 50TB you move between the set packages (50, 75, or 100TB). Contact us to reduce your quota and we will adjust the next billing cycle. No migration required either way — it is the same account and path.
Are all access methods included?
Yes. SFTP, SSH, rsync, and WebDAV are all included with every account at no extra charge. One account, one quota, four ways in.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee, no long-term contract. Storage bills monthly.
What is the storage actually running on?
OneColo (AS12083) infrastructure in Tampa, Florida: enterprise hardware in 24/7 staffed data centers with redundant power and network. RSYNCIT is a OneColo service.
